Saw Nemo with my wife and daughters (5 and 7) today. There is a remarkable PRO-LIFE theme to this movie.

The mother and father clownfishes speak to their UNBORN fish eggs at the beginning of the movie, trying to decide names for all 400 of them before they are born. Then disaster strikes and Marlin discovers there's one UNBORN egg left, whom he bravely rushes to save and names Nemo, to honor his dead wife's wishes.

The audience can see the eyes moving within the sac of the UNBORN egg. Later on, during one last life-and-death moment, Marlin has a memorable flashback of his UNBORN son, and begs Nemo to stay alive, after all the drama in finally reuniting with him.

IMHO, somebody at Pixar wanted very much to send a message, and I'm glad he/she/they prevailed. Kudos for having the Marlinian courage to do so.

Absolutely. That was very touching and, dare I say it, real.
