I wasn't aware that a broad daylight burglary was any different than one conducted late at night.

And, there is considerable debate as to your other comments, like "not legally in complete control" (what???)

It's a two way street, negotiations were in progress, actions had been taken, the Rocha's decided to drop the legal activity and break in....

Busted.

Not busted...or charged. Get a restraining order if you don't want them to use their key. Changing the alarm code makes a racket but doesn't prevent the Rochas from entering the property legally.
