In what I know from personal exp. regarding O2 therapy is that to rejuvenate O2 levels in folks with neuro. damage is that is takes 12hrs straight to keep levels normal.

Just taking a puff here and there is not of any medical benifit. Like the O2 bars that sell a half hours worth of O2 it is a scam. The feel better is more mental esp. if you do not have low O2 levels You can not saturated the blood levels in a half hour.

Either you need it or you don't. If Jackie (whom I now see as a bad charactor) is not using it as much as she was then this is not good for her health. A Dr. will prescribe a min. amount of time a day for therapy and some folks or witches do not follow that they are hurting themselves.

I know if one has a stroke there may be a time when you do go off O2. For terminal or severe brain damage it is a set time for life.

IMO if she is not using it or just taking puffs she is not following prescribed theraputic use. It may not be doing her any good. Or she is being dramatic puffing here or there. Stress in my sons case with neuro. damage it does effect the O2 levels in his blood and may require O2 for more than 12 hrs. a day.
