In all reality the house belongs to the lender. If the Peterson's don't make the mortgage payments the house goes to the lender and I don't know how they could afford to pay the payments with their rising attorney costs. Maybe they were planning on defraying those cost's allowing the defense team to stay there. I heard they were using the pool! The Peterson's are PO'd because furniture was taken and Geragos will have to sleep on the floor instead of the crib!

In all reality the house belongs to the lender Just not true. The lender holds a mortgage that lists the house as colateral. Lot of hoops to go through before the lender can secure ownership of the home.
