G'day to the both of you :-) Have a lovely Sunday. Another rainy day here in New York. And another graduation party for me to attend...laughing, this seems to be the year for graduations in my family, junior high, highschool and college. Nice getting together with family and celebrating the accomplishments of the young folks in our clan.

Knowing the Lord will surely forgive me, I went outside, even though it is Sunday, and planted a bit of "Love" for the hummingbirds and butterflies...the zinnia seeds I sowed a few weeks ago were washed out by the daily storms we had then.
Trying one more time for them to flourish for the annual visitors..:))
The humminbirds favor the bright orange and red ones....

You sure have been working hard on your garden! Hummingbirds, one of my favorites and I don't have them here. But have lots of beautiful butterflies. I am so late preparing my garden. This week, rain or shine I will be planting :-) Have a great day.

Well, this seems like a good, slow weekend to come out with something I have been meaning to tell y'all, but haven't found the right words to do it.
Still haven't found them, so I'll just do my usual 'come on out with it and let the chimps fall where they may'. (hehe! - 'chimps').
I got married recently, but it's not who/what you think. Because Ming and I decided that getting married probably wouldn't be the best thing for us, she sent me to China to meet her family, the Hu's (her sister Ying, in particular. 'Hu' is pronounced the same as 'Who'). Some of y'all may remember me telling you about my trip to China late in 2001? Well, anyway, I did meet Ming's sister and we got along very well. Well enough that I now have the sweetest wife, Ying, AND the sweetest sister-in-law (Ming) that one could ever imagine. I'm a lucky guy alright !!
(And, btw, when I went to China and met the Hu family, it was a wonderful trip. The ENTIRE Hu family is an exceptional bunch of folks. They treated me like royalty when I was there. I can't express in words how I feel about them all).
I hope I haven't caused anyone any major shocks in this post, folks !
Now I'm chewing on what I might want to change my screen name to since the current one really isn't appropriate anymore. I'll entertain suggestions at this point, but I'll want to keep Meek in there somewhere I think.
Well, thanks for listening patiently, folks !! Have a lovely rest of the day.

I cannot think of anyone more deserving of happiness, Richard, than you!
Please accept my sincere wishes for joy for you and your bride, having taken the step toward total commitment.
May God bless you both, dear friend.
