Good grief. Sounds like it's getting as bad if not worse than Asheville. I forgot about the city people from Atlanta (no offense ma'am). I thought they were still taking over Cashiers and Highlands. And now I here they're starting on Murphy....

No offence taken i married in so I am ok. It has goten that bad lakefront is anywhere from 75,000.00 to 120,000.00 for a LOT!

It is sad to see what Asheville is becoming. I grew up there, and feel bad every time I visit when I see the growth up Beaverdam Valley. You can take the boy out of the mountains, but you can't take the mountains out of the boy...
