I'm just repeating that was being reported on TV... you can choose to believe or not...
They stated that the bomb materials in all three had similarities and they are aware of his background in the military and his familarity with bombs...

I don't believe he was arrested.He was under investigation.The Media hyped it.NBC paid 500,000 to Jewell.I don't know who else has settled.
