Jackie Peterson lies about who called the police.
Jackie claimed the security company called the police.
The police said no, that it was Jackie Peterson who called them to complain....Jackie Peterson had also told Gretta on Fox news via telephone that she had no problem with the Rocha's being in the house.
Now Peterson's scumbag lawyers say Rocha's may have planted evidence and have defiled the (crime scene?) where the Peterson's have been several times !
Peterson's defense is failing to win hearts and minds, I think. Scott Peterson is not the only liar in the family.

Yes, Jackie sure DID say, "Sharon can go in the house any time she wants."

Oh, dear. Jackie. Your big mouth. You gave your consent to enter the house--on national TV. And you are the holder of the house's owner's power of attorney.

If there's consent for Sharon to enter, how is that a burglary? Jackie's mouth does it again!

Another reason to not believe Jackie's tale that "the security company called police" is that the Rochas went to the neighbors and warned them that they'd hear an alarm. Apparently they thought of the alarm ahead of time. So they surely called the security company, too. So the security company must have known that this was shaping up to be a non-police matter.
