Where do terms like "Franco" and "Sino" come from, and are there equivalents for other countries? I've tried to think of more, but I come up blank.

I would happily contribute to Poland's economy if they would open a bunch of fast food joints across America featuring kielbasa on a rye roll with perogees on the side. Throw in some good Polish beer and I will propel Poland into a first world economy within a year.
