Perhaps it is time for the United States to deny things such as money, scientific, technological, medical expertise, and education to nations who simply will not assist or protect American interests? The State Department won't allow it, period.

No one has the authority to say no to the State Department? They neither report to nor answer to anyone? They can just take as much of our money as they please and spend it as they damn well please and we can't do anything about it?
Damn and double damn!!!!

Then it's time to clean house at State and put in people who will work for the sovereign good of the US and it's citizens.

Beside all this foreign aid to our enemies and the Congessional Pork Barrel spending no wonder the Democrats dont want to lower taxes.
Teddy Kennedy needs another Billion for his Boston Transit system and Robert Byrd wants him a nuclear clock in West Virginia.
We need to clean Congress up.
