Someone's psychology experiment seems to have broken loose and entered the journalism department.

Professor emeritus of idiocy. He needs to go out into the light of day and see how people really live. It takes many years of sheltered living to think like the left wing does.

A number of his writings can be found online. Here is a letter to the editor he wrote:
B.J. PASCHAL - Muncie
Here are a few of my favorite signs from recent anti-war marches:
"How many lives per gallon?"
"Who would Jesus bomb?"
"Pre-emptive Impeachment."
"War is not a family value."
"Draft Richard Perle."
"The true meaning of anything Bush says is connotative."
My favorite Bush metaphor is "oceans," which he has used about 40 times in the past 7 months, so I've been told by a friend. That is, we're "vulnerable" that today Bush himself is our only protection from our enemies; he's our "oceans." Aren't "oceans" an antiquated defense?
I'd rather have Jesus!

"Think of the electoral college -- a piece of anti-democratic machinery -- that Franklin must have seen as a source of deepest corruption for the new Republic, as occurred in both 1876 and 2000."
Yeah. What corruption for flyover country to deny the big cities on the coasts from dominating the 2000 election. What's his beef? Did President Bush really lose the election or did he win because the electoral college itself is a bad system?
Algore Junior only received 0.52% more of the popular vote and that is without investigations into voting irregularities or waiting for all mail-in ballots to arrive (some states were not in contention and did not need to wait 2 weeks to certify their returns).
Let's get rid of Rhode Island's representation in Congress altogether, that's not really a state, why should their citizens get as much say in the Senate as Californians? < /sarcasm >

This guy is a Proffesor?! Oh my, I fear for our youth. The guy sounds like a left-extremist that STILL hasn't gotten over the fact that GWB won the election.
Tsk, tsk, grasping at straws.

This guy makes some good points about what Franklin said,...Franklin's comments dealt more with human nature than the form of government. This commie seems unaware that those foibles also rest with him and his and that Communism, no matter what you call it, leads to much greater abuses. On second thought, he probably does know that but thinks he will become block commissar so he doesn't care.

Imagine that. The students at the University are right at home reading his garbage but I and a few others on here are subjected to his twisted and and idiotic views on a weekly basis when we open the opinion secion of our local newspaper.
Damn SOB.

On top of that, our local newspaper donates copies of the daily eddition to the local schools as part of a Charitable reading program...that means our defenseless children are subjected to the likes of this whacko and Molly Ivins.

"Think of the electoral college -- a piece of anti-democratic machinery -- that Franklin must have seen as a source of deepest corruption for the new Republic" The really scary thing about that is that it is what the leftists really believe and they would get rid of the electoral college in a New York minute if they had opportunity. It is one of the few remaining built in protections the people have against the urban tyranny of the left.

Will the Republican-owned media even allow a presidential election in 2004?Nope. All elections have been cancelled for the foreseeable future...

What BJ Passhole conveiniently fails to mention in his twist on words is that the Electoral College is one of the last remaining protections that keeps the great Republic from becoming a Democracy!!. Yes, the Electoral College is anti-democracy...not democratic.

There's too many lies amd indications of boorish ignorance to count here.
Start with "the 5-4 Bush vs. Gore political decision" (it was a 7-2 decision), move onto "Think of the electoral college -- a piece of anti-democratic machinery -- that Franklin must have seen as a source of deepest corruption..." (Really? That's what "Franklin must have seen"? How about this: the Constitution would never have been adopted without the protection afforded to states by the electoral college? How about studying basic high school history before making a jackass out of yourself, BJ?) and what you have here is a pathetic, poorly researched whine from an idiot of a sore loser.
See ya on another thread!
To: Libloather
hehe..thanks for the chuckle.
Yeah, dippy is really a college. Says a lot for our so called educated youth these days huh?

Admit it, deep down, you love the fact the left is reduced to this. I can not lie, I love seeing this, its kind of like being a sports fan, and watching the losing teams fans cry and whine. :->

Yeah, sorry, my home page is a mess.
Guilty as charged.
Last time I looked at it, "Semper Fidelis" was cut in half and the Pennsylvania flag was sort of blinking distorted. Guess I should go get rid of that stuff, huh?
