This strategy has an excellent down side for the RATS.

The RATS will see Bush get relected in 2004 by an even bigger margin than Reagan did, and Bush will drive the politics leading up to 2008. The economy will be soaring, and the world's terrorism will be down even more significantly.

The only problem could be the Sucker Moms, who will go back to being hard-over liberal as soon as they feel safe from terrorism. Hillarious' health care package will be just more than a Sucker Mom could resist in 2008.

And by 2008, we'll have at least 3 new conservative justices on the Supreme Ct. Hillary can look forward to being sworn-in by Chief Justice Clarence Thomas.
