It is SOME sort of pipe. Probably a storm drain. But it would seems to me no matter what goes through it, erosion would occur. How could an alert whacko such as babs have a thing like that in her own backyard?

The answer is simple. She could give a crap about the environment. Its just like that dipweed alec baldwin showing up at the animal rights meeting wearing leather. They just need a cause but they don't have a clue!
