Bush needs to come back to WV and say that. He hasn't been heard saying that since before the election. Alot of people here voted for him because of those words, and now they are starting to feel that they were duped.

Emphasizing clean coal in an energy plan would be easy enough. Hell, Bob Byrd would even support his clean coal initiative, and ramrod it through the senate. Imagine that, Bush & Byrd on common ground.
