Notice what's written on the missile in front of "Big Head Dubya"?

I don't even know where to start with that comment...

For years the pismires at Oxfam have made a hash out of nearly every Africa program in which they've been involved. They must be gnashing their teeth over Bob Geldof's recent claim that Bush has done more for Africa than Clinton ever thought of doing.
US food aid has saved countless lives during two decades of famine in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Sudan, Somalia and Chad. It rarely (if ever) received the applause of Oxfam, an organization comprised of wimpy pimply men and very ugly and masculine women.
