There is a whole lot of stuff that SCOTT PETERSON SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO DO.

For starters, he shouldn't be allowed to invent false evidence. He shouldn't be allowed to find lunatics and influence them to talk about their delusions as though those delusions were real. He shouldn't be allowed to have some woman "in the custody" of "the defense". He shouldn't be allowed to selectively leak gruesome details of the sealed autopsies. He shouldn't be allowed to have press people putting out false stories to TAINT the jury pool. He shouldn't be allowed to HARASS WITNESSES BY CALLING THEM AND OFFERING THEM GIFTS.

He shouldn't be allowed to have bail, b/c he is clearly a flight risk and he is charged with the most serious of crimes. He shouldn't be allowed to convert his dead wife's SEPARATE property (valuable inherited property, to name one example) to his own use, when there are other legitimate claimants. He shouldn't be allowed to swear that he is indigent one day, and suddenly pick and choose expensive counsel the next day--especially as I understand said counsel is being paid, to a significant extent, by the TAXPAYERS.

Oh, let's hear it. "Thcott Peterthon ithn't doing all thothe thingth! Hith lawyer ith!" Hello? His lawyer is acting for Scott Peterson!

Oh, and did I forget one minor thing? He shouldn't be allowed to murder his wife and child--just in case he did!!!
