It's OK...So maybe The Judge is trying to preserve this case, so there can't be grounds for dismissal?

Maybe Geragos's tactic was to "leak" part of the autopsy, forcing the Prosecution to go public with the rest..and then he'd cry "foul"...

The DA played back and said "OK, we'll release the report, all the while knowing the Judge would rule against them. Checkmate.

We pretty much know what the autopsy says anyway...
