Hey, as soon as she wins her lawsuit, I'm going to file a similar lawsuit against the Dallas Central Appraisal District. Over the past year, they've added a picture of each house to the property locator.

I figure, if Babs can do it, why can't I?

Time to remove the sarcasm tag...I'm just glad they took the picture after the lawn crew did their work. Actually, I was quite pleased with the picture.

This is a misuse of the legal system by a corrupt lawyer. This is an obvious illigitimate case. Babs hopes to bankrupt the popular little public service not-for-profit environmentalist website (one of the rare good guys it seems) by causing massive legal fees to defend itself.

In most of the rest of the civilized world, there is "Loser Pays," where Babs would pay for the legal costs of the little website once she loses, as she inevitably will.

Loser Pays (with exceptions of course) would be a part of the vast number of reforms needed to bring justice to the evil shyster industry.
