Everyone I have ever heard speak candidly about Mariah, wether their relationship was a personal or professional one, has said she is one of the absolute most annoying divas in music, mistreats her staff and thinks nothing of hurting people's feelings.

This is, after all, a woman who signals to her assistant by cocking her head so her assistant can rush over with a soda, and hold it while Mariah takes a sip. The woman won't even resch over to a table and grab her own soda! The hosts of the shows where she has done this are just dumbfounded.

While I don't doubt what you say, I have a hard time believing that Mariah wrote the email. Celebs get tons upon tons of letters and email. They let agents and assistants handle the screening of it.
