That's a pretty bold statement considering voting for Democrats equates to voting for robbers (of your income) and voting for Republicans equates to voting for the morality police/executioners.
Given the choice of voting amongst a robber, a killer or a stupid person, I'd vote for the stupid person.

Democrats: Takes money from the hardworker and give it to welfare recips.
Republicans: Takes money from the hardworker and gives it to other country's...Go figure...
Libertarians: Doesn't take hardworkers money, and abolishes the 16th admendment.

I really don't see any Republicans that come under the catagory of "morality police/executioners". The RATS tried to put that label on John Ashcroft because he is a "rule of law" guy. Most of the conservative GOP lawmakers may have their personal views on morality but they don't try forcing them on others. The RATS, on the other hand, don't have an issue with stealing your life, liberty or property.

The Republican party of George Bush pushes a genteel socialism. It also favors a strong defense. It does not play on class envy or racial hatred. Nevertheless, it does not give a flip about the Constitution or limited government. This new Republican party is neither all good or all bad. We have to be honest with ourselves. Of course, the American people want socialism light.
