I just saw this cartoon in a local black newspaper.
It did not include the caption you will find at the web page.
Without the caption, the cartoon implies that Bush and Rich are meeting "privately". Just look at Rices' heart earings, make-up, and slinky dress.
It's funny how the left downplayed Clintons real Oval Office affairs but now they want to tranish Bush with imaginary liasons.

What's amusing this happens to be the same Left that says President Bush hates African-Americans yet now they imply he's engaging on the side in hanky panky with Connie Rice. They really need to get their party line straight.

That is so foul. He should be ashamed -- yet Democrats purged themselves of the ability to feel shame during the Clinton years.

It could be that the cartoonist is suggesting something romantic between Bush and Condi.
Or it could be just the way the cartoonist views Condi in all settings. She is an attractive lady.
To: twas
I saw this weeks ago and simply dismissed it. All the black leftist out here are simply upset over the fact that the most powerful woman in the Republican Politics happens to be a successful intelligent black woman and the cartoon is meant to say that sex is the only reason why Condi is successful.

Self-destructive idiots. Amen to that.

The sexual implication is clear. The papers are marked URGENT, etc, and Condi is dressed to kill. Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Condi not allowing them to see into the room.

The whole concept of the cartoon is way off, as well. If anything, those four people in the picture are the ones getting the most face time with the president and very little of the country's business is falling through the cracks.

Or it could be implying that G.W. is a racist and is using Dr.Rice as his slave mistress. This is the type of crap I would expect from Mickey Moore or Pauly Begalia.

It contains a pretty good rendering of Rumsfeld.

Or it could be just the way the cartoonist views Condi in all settings. She is an attractive lady. That's the way I read it. I don't see any implications of "hanky-panky" going on.

Black militants have attacked Colin Powell as a subservient "house slave" to Bush's "master." In the worldview of the black militant, white "masters" also use female "house slaves" as sexual playthings. Therefore, in the cartoon, Condi is portrayed as playing the self-hating "house slave" being sexually used by the "master".

The cartoonist is a major leftist. See more of his
garbage here.
Read an interview with the lunatic here. He is a fan of Pacifica and Michael Moore.
An insane leftist that can draw.
