Free speech *is* surpressed here. We all watch every word we post for fear of harassment or being told to please shut up. Pretty soon there will be no diverse conversation here.

The first amendment does not apply to Free Republic. For instance, there are certain websites you can't post articles from, at the owner's request.

By the way, talking about someone's posts after you've asked them not to post to you is bitchy and rude.
