Do you have any suggestions for cutting you up without making a sticky mess? I keep you in the refrigerator, but still hard to cut up....

I don't eat it although I have dutifully given up French cheeses. But, heck, it is hard to cut ... it's like Jello no matter how much it's refrigerated!

Cut me with a *wet*, sharp knife (not those goofy cheese slicer thingys)continue to wet the knife with cold water between slices.
