Nancy Grace on LKL said that the prosecution was ready to arrest Scott before the bodies were recovered....so they already had enough evidence w/out the autopsy report. That report, she said, is 25 pages long, so today's leak is only a part of it.

I heard that too.. I assume spectre stated that part of this leak is from Geragos paid autopsy report separate from the Contra County Coroner report.. So Geragos assuming, this is correct, paid for his defense .....

That Chris Pixley is annoying; talking about that Homer Maldonado (sp?) that supposedly saw Laci walking her dog, and that Homer described her as 8 months pregnant.

Technically, I think she was 7-7 1/2 months pregnant, but how could anyone state 'she was 8 months pregnant', without knowing the pregnant woman?
