well it is totally possible that the tape happened when Connor was born post mortem, while the umbilical cord was still attatched under water and he was freely floating....This is just sickening.

The DA on the phone is saying that this is ONE PIECE of information, taken out of context.
He also says that he bets we'll hear within the next few hours the REST of the report.
