The Grant Deed was issued 10/04/00 and the Petersons are not mentioned on any title or loan documents. Laci and SP took title as joint tenants. Sharon Rocha had more to do with the home purchase than the Petersons. Sharon is/was a loan agent at Ambeck Mortgage, the maker of the purchase loan and the subsequent refi.
