Yes, if she's doing this, she needs to hold out for enough to make up for all those defamation cases she's going to lose b/c she has pretty much made it certain she'll be deemed a "public figure".

Someone whom a court deems a public figure, for the purposes of a defamation lawsuit, has a much lower chance of winning a lawsuit they file for their "loss of reputation" due to the published words of others.
