I don't disagree with anything you state in your post.

The Grand Jury is the sole province of the prosecutor. He presents his case and the jury either issues a "True Bill" or "No Bill". The person or persons that are the subject of the Grand Jury proceeding has no standing before it.

I'll wait before passing on the truth of what Geragos has put out for public consumption, though I must admit much of it sounds a more than a little bizaar. [sp?]
