If I was Laci's family, I would wait. Had Laci died differently where her husband is not a suspect in her murder, then I would understand. But they, IMO, ought to wait. Scott isn't going in there to move anything, and Laci's family could try to get some legal action to stop anyone else, outside of the law, from removing items. They are making trouble for themselves, not Scott, by doing this.
