I heard the same reportyou guys did, and they NEVER reported she had agreed to pose nude, for half a mil or ANY sum of money. You took the "tease" and ran with it.

They reported about a column making insinuations (although the column itself never made any direct claim that Amber was going to pose nude for money) that Frey might have such a deal in the works.

MODESTO, CALIFORNIA – Stanislaus County District Attorney James C. Brazelton responded today to media reports that autopsy results from the Peterson case have been allegedly leaked to the media.

Since the autopsy results have been sealed by court order, the District Attorney’s Office cannot verify the accuracy of any media statements concerning the contents of the autopsy reports without violating the court’s order. In direct response to this latest development, however, the District Attorney’s Office will be filing a motion to withdraw their opposition to the sealing of the autopsy reports.

It continues to be the view of the District Attorney that the evidence in this case should be presented in court through the testimony of witnesses and not selectively leaked to the news media by unknown persons whom the press will not identify. Therefore, there will be no other comments or interviews made at this time and phone calls regarding this issue will Not be returned.

Oh yeah, and Allred stated that Scott Peterson is the one charged with 2 murders... She was vicious on that press audio... Like she was the prosecutor, and that is strange coming from her background... ;o)

We quoted and reported the discussion that ED and company had. Fox and friends are the ones you should be pointing the finger at. Go back and read the whole thread..

This subject is a dead issue..I won't comment on it again unless there are new developments.

well, you know what, well 2 things, if Conner was before Laci was dead, or as she laid dying, then hummm, Scott did premeditate the murder of Conner, or Geragos, is trying to knock out the special circumstances clause, by having Conner born during the commission of a murder, and then killed him, mass murderer.... Some tricky wording here. Until today, I understood the DA to be in favor of the sealing of the autopsy reports. This statement seems to say that they had been opposed to the sealing of the autopsy reports. But now they are for the sealing of the reports. Right?

I have my facts straight. FOx *never* reported that Amber had accepted a 500,000 dollar fee to pose nude, as Velveeta claimed in post five. The only people "reporting" such a deal are people here on FR.

So, you and others have your facts entirely straight, and you're taking up for Fox and calling Velveeta and me liars and rumormongers? Did you hear Fox's report, too, Sarah, the one Velveeta and I heard, or did someone tell you we were lying. As for Velveeta, I have found her to be a fine, honest, reasonable and fun poster, and don't believe she nor I deliberately started trashing Amber. I don't appreciate you and anyone else who would trash fellow freepers in this manner. You and some others here are as entitled to your opinions about Amber and this case as I am. But I am not a liar. Neither is Velveeta. Please don't post me anymore. I will push the abuse button.

ya know, you take things and issues too seriously. If this was a court venue, I see where your issues take place. This is a forum of opinions, public opinions at that too.... to be refuted as fact or fiction. So, get use to it. I am tired of someone taking issue, and trying to flame or confront a freeper into an agument! Not necessary, end it!
