If comparisons are made between Peterson's last court appearance and interviews before being arrested, it will be apparent that he now blinks what seems to be normally while previously he rarely blinked, which is abnormal.

Mark Fuhrman is discussing the tape right now on Fox.

I hope I didn't miss Wecht.

Dan's big story seems to be falling apart --- he's looking very transparent, i.e. "used" by Geragos. As was Geraldo.

Let's see: the prosecution had this weeks ago, and the defense got it today.
And we're hearing it by lunch today.
Wonder who could have leaked it? Hmmmm...

I never noticed that before. All I noticed is that he either has an oddly vague look to him or a smirk on his face. Next time I'm going to watch his eyes closer.

Mark Fuhrman is discussing the tape right now on Fox. My cable at work doesn't have Fox ... please keep us posted.
To: Sandylapper
Thanks Sandy. He's putting coffin birth back into play as well.

Could this "plastic tape" be more like the plstic bands that tie large garbage bags shut? The kinds that are woven right into the garbage bag that is. I'll bet this is some tape or cord floating around in the marina waters.
To: BunnySlippers
Around here, in North Florida, it's illegal to toss any plastic into the water because it can strangle sea life.

It sure would make my day if LE came out and said..."Yes, we know about the tape around little Conner's neck and it has been traced back to SP's residence, and in fact, it has his fingerprints all over it"...LOL

When this case was being investigated the MPD was scrupulous in not leaking anything. Just the scurrilous and explosive nature of what we're hearing today (all of it seemingly exonerating Scott) makes me think that Geragos is behind it.

Oh...thats a funny!

This attorney on Fox -- name escapes me -- said that the plastic tied around the neck one and a half times doesn't make sense if you were trying to strangle somebody; he said you'd need two "ends" equal in length.
He said it sounds like it might have been used to "anchor" the baby to the body.

Around here, in North Florida, it's illegal to toss any plastic into the water because it can strangle sea life. Same as here in California. I don't think you can dump anything in the water. But, as we all know, the sea is full of junk people have discarded.
To: BunnySlippers
Exactly. They've had it for weeks. Why would they leak it today.
