Even though we realize both sides in a high profile case have been known to selectively leak, this crap is much more advantageous to the defense and there is no proof required "on the street". What a shame !!!

It really doesn't matter. Did Geragos deny the Rochas access?? Did the Peterson's deny them access?? Did both the Peterson's AND Geragos deny them access???

I've read several articles on this subject written by different reporters and you can find examples of all these combinations.

Scott isn't convicted yet. Not only is the home still his, Laci's private property is assumed to be his also. California is still a community property state isn't it? Unfair though it may be, Scot Peterson still has the right to determine the disposition of both Laci's and Connor's bodies.

Scot may in fact have killed Laci. If he did he's the scum of the Earth and deserves everything the Court and jury decide to throw at him post conviction. More.

In the meantime, I would be curious as to the legal theory attorneys are going to present that will result in an order giving the Rochas the right to enter the home and take possession of property that, under the law of the State of California, appears to belong to Peterson.

Or has anyone heard that laci left a will.......

well, not sure which judge at the moment for May 30th hearing, but that judge should take note, and penalize Geragos for failing to abide by courts.... Yep,the DA should just slapped him down some....

You're absolutely right--Amber does not have to be a saint to be a good witness. Re the above: wonder why Gloria didn't discuss this today? She was just on Fox. Guess the breaking news about Connor's body trumps news about Amber's credibility as a witness, which is as it should be. Hey, and what about the tape? Where'd the tape that was around Connor's little neck come from? Surely, Rita's sources would know.

Dan's big story seems to be falling apart --- he's looking very transparent, i.e. "used" by Geragos.

On the couple of "cult" killings I have come across, they were both shown to be faked. I.e. the killer tried to make them look cult-like to draw suspicion from himself.
