The fact is, Amber's conduct of her personal life has apparently been lacking. But that said, she has also appeared to do the right thing in this case. I don't understand why some people foam at the mouth when anyone says Amber is not a saint. She doesn't HAVE to be a saint to be a good witness. If the Playboy story were true, though, it would be a blow to the image she needs to be a good witness. The MONEY part would be more likely to draw criticism than the nudie part.

Perhaps by tomorrow this attorney who is presumably earning good money will get out there and tell people that this story is not true. Perhaps. I hope so.

sure would, but as a parent, you have to take responsibilities if your child did something wrong, then you have to mend the wrong. Jackie is an enabler of scaughty, and if it wasn't for his actions and behavior since the disappearance of Laci Dec 23rd, he wouldn't be suspect! But since he refuse to cooperate fully, change his appearance, heading for Mexico, telling the national media his views on Laci, having an affair(s) with other women, while married to Laci, who became pregnant from scaughty, and etc... Jackie can just stuff it! Ya know, you can only take so much from them kind of people, and frankly my dear, I don't give a crap! I know their kind very well... /rant off... (not at you)

well it is totally possible that the tape happened when Connor was born post mortem, while the umbilical cord was still attatched under water and he was freely floating....This is just sickening.

He also says that he bets we'll hear within the next few hours the REST of the report.

If she hadn't posed for those photos, she wouldn't even have to worry about someone else publishing them for profit, against her will.

Which just proves the point that posing for nudie photos is a bad idea. She did something that was a bad idea. Too bad it can't be over with no further negative consequences to her, but it appears it is now coming back to haunt her.
