I have no idea. But if he is gay, the chances are increased. I think this is an important issue. I wouldn't want to risk it. Kind of like Justice Souter.
Foley does, indeed, have a record of voting for "gay rights". The
only think he didn't vote the gay position on is the Defense of Marriage Act. Everything else: gay gay gay.
