AIDS is the most preventable of all diseases. I don't feel sorry for any AIDS victims.
Not even those who get it from blood transfusions? How about those born with it? How about those how have gotten AIDS from transplants -- cornea transplants, for instance?

You're absolutely right about those unfortunate cases. But they are a very small percentage of AIDS victims.
