That expensive machine would be a waste of taxpayers money. They should take an example from the San Diego chicken farmers using a chipper for disposal of their unwanted chickens as a reasonable solution to a "death chamber". They wouldn't even have to buy one, just go to the local rental yard and rent one for a couple of days.
