Maybe the cops are like that in your town. Maybe they're like that in more than a few towns. The fact is, they're still people.
This is like blaming the Catholic church for homosexuals molesting children trusted to their care. It happens because priests are human. Humans screw up. Constantly.
That doesn't make everyone guilty. I don't like the WOD any more than you do, and I'm not going to be an apologist for rogue police
but just because some people screw up doesn't make them all guilty.
