Maybe SARS will die out on its own, although it's hard to come up with a theory that supports that.

But it's even harder to imagine that we'll come up with a quick vaccine when we can't even come up with a quick test to determine whether the virus is present.

Maybe something can be done quicker from the antibody angle, although that may be a pipe dream, too.
