how would you attend an american university and complete 4 years of work without understanding english?


defacto bilingual education does not work. students do not learn to speak both languages.

older people are professional hangers-on. some people don't grow up.

as i've said, and i'm not the first to notice this in southern california, very few mexican students are interested in navarro.

What is your position on the 1994 the California ballot proposition, aka Prop. 187, that would have eliminated all of this back-and-forth baloney? If Davis and the Mexicans hadn't killed that thing, California would not be suffering the disaster that is enduring today. BTW, California isn't going to survive this one.... not without federal help, and the current federal regime is on the other side. Any ideas?

I know mex. college students speak english......but the majority of hispanics must NOT,
or Citizens wouldn't be Forced through taxes to translate
everthing into spanish.

Yes, Mario Obledo has his many backers also, and I just read where some mexican businessman in CA (with backers) is
creating a *new* political party....."The BROWN Party".
