Under Bill Clinton we started a process of becoming more and more like Mexico. Is this good, or should we say that a corrollary of the Bush policy is that Mexico should become more like the U.S. in its governmental and constitutional forms as well as in the actual conduct of its government? It seems it must be one or the other. The present drift under which our supposed leaders apart from Tancredo and a handful of others kowtow to the "Reconquista" is unacceptable.
