We say Scott is innocent untill proven guilty? That's not the way this works.

He has been charged with Murder, they have certain evidence linking him to Laci's murder...enough to deny him bail and keep him locked up.

They needed EVIDENCE to charge him...evidence we all don't KNOW about. So the deck is stacked against him. Like it or not, it's up to him to prove his innocence. He's already in jail.

Well said!! I agree completely and in fact I will go one step further, I think the crime was seriously PRE-meditated. Home made anchors ( some of which are missing), missing chicken wire, purchase of the boat which Laci knew Nothing of, the girlfriend(s), the absolutely bizarre behaviour after she went missing, eg: selling her car, attempting to sell the house within a week or so, out drinking and laughing with co-workers, golfing, etc. etc. I too believe that the MPD have a LOT of good evidence including blood. All we are hearing is some of the nibbles form the edges.

Sorry, that is not how the system works. They have evidence and charges to hold him, but not to convict him. He is, by law, innocent until proven guilty. That's the way it works, no?
