Why would they do that if she doesn't know something very damning? Other than that he was having an affair--which he has admitted.

IMHO Amber is not an important at all unless Scott confessed to her.

I would like to know who the two other women in Scott's life are -- both Rita and Jerry mentioned that the defense admits there were other women. So much for the loving husband his enabling parents proclaim Scott to be.
