While I admire the man's courage, letting the world know what he believes (BTW, bumper stickers are great, T-Shirts are cool, I wear a WWJD band 24/7), I disagree with breaking the law to do so.

Now let me tell YOU a little story. I have several non-believing friends and relatives who have repeatedly told me that while the Bible is full of wonderful teachings, one of the main stumbling blocks to their believing is the obnoxious way they get witnessed to, signs like this being one of them.

We are supposed to be imitators of Christ (1 Cor 11:1). Nowhere in Scripture did Christ do anything like this.

You may have been influenced to some small degree by signs like this. Praise the Lord! But where is the love in this witness? Countless people have also been driven away from Christ by "ministries" like this.

Again, better he would have taken his money and time and quietly done the Lord's work without all the fanfare.

How dare I, indeed.

Christ broke the law all the time to do His Father's work. Maybe you overlooked those scriptures. He did it all the time, and sometimes lost His temper when questioned about it, sometimes He remained cool.

You may have been influenced to some small degree by signs like this.

No, I was not influenced by some small degree. The signs which I saw on PUBLIC property was what did it.

But where is the love in this witness?

You're kidding right? This guy spends $10,000 dollars to reach the most amount of people he knows how. A sign that is seen from a highway...tens of thousands of people may see it a day. But you think it would be better spent on a food kitchen. So, I have an idea. Go do some work with a food kitchen and let this guy do it his way.

Of course, I am certain that you are more intune to God's will. You know what He wants this guy to do. I see a "Jesus is Lord" sign. You see an obnoxious guy.

While I admire the man's courage, letting the world know what he believes (BTW, bumper stickers are great, T-Shirts are cool, I wear a WWJD band 24/7), I disagree with breaking the law to do so.

How do you know, that if the guy gives into this...his private property, that all of the things YOU think are okay won't be targeted next. No Jesus bumper stickers, because they may offend someone (taking God out of the pledge ring a bell, hello! Yep, that is church and state. Looks like we are hitting church and private property now, though...and you want to help them) No Jesus t-shirts in public places...you telling me it won't happen? Of course, you are. This Christian should be quiet, crawl under a rock, and cave to the people telling him what to do on the side of his old car dealership. Just like a good Christian. Then when bumper stickers are next, be a good Christian and peel off your bumber sticker, and be quiet when you do it. We shouldn't be obnoxious.

Also, be quiet about abortion. We wouldn't want to offend anybody. You offend people, and so do I, simply for believeing in God. We are stupid mythological believing morons to so many people simply by our very beliefs. Don't have to do anything, just believe.

Look, I don't know you and I have no reason to not believe that YOU aren't doing the Lords work in your life. I am sure you are. But the Lord calls many different people in many different ways. And to say that the Lord can't use what this guy has done is rediculous. It has already become national..."Jesus is Lord" has come onto the national stage. You telling me that people won't question this guys faith to go up against the law and proclaim what he believes.

If you have friends who were offended by signs that say "Jesus is Lord", they do need God, and a psychologist.
