Of course it is, at least it is to you and me and to all other sane people.

Westerfield has been writing to his friends and to his former brother-in-law, telling them of his innocense, of how he was framed by the police, set-up by the Van Dam's, and poorly represented by his attorney(s) --- presumably, (my presumption only) for not allowing him to "take the stand?"
