Of course it is, at least it is to you and me and to all other sane people.

But, alas! Westerfield has been writing to his friends and to his former brother-in-law, telling them of his innocense, of how he was framed by the police, set-up by the Van Dam's, and poorly represented by his attorney(s) --- presumably, (my presumption only) for not allowing him to "take the stand?"

Westerfield is delusional. Complains about his cell being dark, damp and chilly. To that I say Geezus H. Key-Riced!

(I'll attempt to locate the threads, and will ping you on them since I can't recall how to post a link to you!)

Rita says there are two other women that had "relationships" with Scott.

Defense is saying that that will HELP Scott, because it will prove Amber is not the motive.

Count on it: they are SCARED to death of Amber Frey.

Rita: Scott said that he and Amber should run away to Europe together.

SP called her almost every night. Even called her parents' house. Wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

UH OH: he gave her some custommade jewelry that might have been Laci's.
