" FR is not a jury and it also allows us freedom of speech & we also can have an opinion"
Your right, FR is not a jury... And you can have an opinion.
However you are a news commentor on one of the news web sits.
Ever wonder why professional news commentators always use the term allegedly when they comment on a suspect? Hint Its not because they are fair minded. Its because of the liable laws. Its because they are legally responsible for what they say.
You can say almost anything when you put I think in front of it, but you are legally responsible not to discredit someone with something that is not true. Believe me there is precedent for liable cases being brought targeting what has been said on the web, and you are not anonymous on this forum

Blondee's a news commentator? Wow, I didn't know that.
It's "libel".

I'm sure that a "news commentator", or any other freeper, can get any advice they need about defamation from a lawyer--or at least from someone who can spell "libel".
There are many hurdles which a plaintiff in a defamation lawsuit must clear. If someone is really trolling through these posts looking for "defamation" from a bunch of people who are merely commenting on public figures in the news, all I can say is, good luck.
The people engaging in free speech have rights, too, such as, among other things... free speech.

Ever wonder why professional news commentators always use the term allegedly when they comment on a suspect? I actually, do not hear Rita Cosby or Geraldo or many others say "allegedly" they may say "my sources tell me" but I can't honestly say that I've heard them everytime say "allegedly.
