As someone posted on another thread the other day, let's not ever forget that Mark Geragos has STILL not produced the receipts he claimed that Winona Rider had for all that stuff she stole in Beverly Hills -- you know, the ones that would PROVE she, too, was wrongly accused.

The one and very serious problem Scott Peterson (and Mark Geragos) has is that the bodies washed up so close to where Scott ADMITS he was fishing on Christmas Eve. Dumbass sealed his own fate, and I doubt this jury will be as stupid and hate-filled as the OJ jury (in the criminal case.) I doubt they will think the "mystery, cult" whatever "real" killer conveniently stashed the bodies in that spot to frame Scott Peterson. Let him try and wiggle out of that one. ;)

MG lied about the reciepts in the Winona Ryder case.

I think that the *rules* are not for MG.

Thanks for that tidbit on Ryders' case that he never could give up paid reciepts.

Please ping me to your posts if you have any other tidbits from that or other cases he has had.

It may show a pattern for Geragos.
