I'm not sure, however, that those acts are actually crimes that fit the definition of "cruelty to animals"-- For some, the leash law could be considered a nusance, but in Buddy's case, he paid for it with his life. What a cruel thing to do.
Hmm. I don't know...was Clinton even HOME when Buddy "got loose"?
This is one out of almost 300 crimes I'm just not sure about....
