The was an outdoor store here in town in the early 80's that was having a sale. The owner had died in a climbing accident and all the stuff was being sold off.

My brothers and I bought our reloader and the store threw in bags of shot, empty's, primers, books, etc, etc.

We never bought anymore stuff for a couple of years, we had so much.

The best deal like that I had every heard was from a friend who bought something from a gunshop that was nailed by the ATF. Every time someone bought a gun, the owner would add a 9MM to the yellow sheet and sell the gun to the bad guys.

The deal was, my friend attended the auction and he bought a file cabinet with dozens of small drawers like the filing cards at the library. He paid very little for the filing cabinet and was very happy. Then he brought it home and looked inside.

That's where the owner filed away all the pistol magazines for sale. All pre-ban.
