I'm an RCBS fan, but I just won't do progressives.
I like being cautious and doing things one at a time. Yea it takes a bit longer, but I'm reasonably certain that nothings going to blow up in my face.

I found out a progessive was safer for me. I have one Dillon set up for rifles and another one for pistols.
I haven't had to readjust my dies in years and I just take it very slow. The BS about how fast they are isn't the point for me. I like the idea that everything has been set and rechecked twice before I start out. I also use ball powders for my rifles so that problem is resolved.
Every season I tear down the press completely and give it a good scrubbing and grease. I know a guy who broke two bell cranks using heavy calibers and they were both replaced. I wore mine out and broke a couple of small odds and ends. Everything is guaranteed.
One thing that bothered me is Dillon stopped selling the little counters to see how many rounds were loaded. I liked having it so I could do my preventive maintenance from the numbers. I also liked the idea that my son and I used so many X amount of .45 rounds in a twelve month period.
I also don't believe in keeping precision dies in a garage or workshop. I destroyed some dies because I had them near a grinder and the dust accumulated. My reloading bench is right behind me on the other side of the room.
