That's less than a civilian 777. These aren't exactly stock 767s either, there is a lot of work to turn one into a tanker.

That's less than a civilian 777. These aren't exactly stock 767s either, there is a lot of work to turn one into a tanker. They also have hardened decks to be used as cargo aircraft when needed. They can carry anything smaller than an Abrams.
